A3. Monday - Friday 11 AM - 7 PM ET.


Q4. What do I need to rent a Karaoke machine?

A4. Photo ID (At the day rental) and Credit Card (When you make reservation) are required.


Q5. Can other people receive or pick up the equipment, on behalf of my self?


A5. Yes. Anyone can pick up the equipment for you. And, we need to get the signature from the person who is picking it up for you.


Q6. How far will you deliver?

A6. We deliver within 5 Boroughs. Also, within 50miles from Karaoke Champ with extra charge.


Q7. How can I make a payment?

A7. Check, cash and all major credit cards are accepted. *Credit card is required at the time of reservation for security deposit.


Q.8 How much will it cost me to rent Karaoke?

A8. It depends on the package, so please check our listings.


Q9. Can I hook up your Karaoke machine with the sound system we have?


A9. Yes. You are able to connect to your sound system.



Q10. How can I make a reservation?

A10. You can make a reservation by either website or phone. Tips: making reservation through our website definitely can shorten the process.



Q11. If I make a reservation on the website, what will happen next?

A11. We will contact you ASAP.



Q12. What if I have to cancel the reservation?

A12. Cancellation must be made before the day of rental. You will be charged in full if you cancel on the day of rental.



Q13. What kind of packages do you have? Also, what is the difference between of each packages?

A13. The difference between packages are the amount of the songs which machine contains. Better package, More songs to sing!


Q14. If I want to add more packages, can I do that?

A14. Yes, you can.


Q15. I want to install the Karaoke system. What can you do for us?

A16. We will provide you with 24- hours technical support numberat the day of rental.

A19. Yes. Besides English, we have Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Hawaiian, Thai, Hindi, Vietnamese and Tagalog songs.



Q20. Can I purchase Karaoke equipment through Karaoke Champ?


A20. Yes, you can.



Q21. Can I purchase Karaoke equipment at Karaoke Champ office?

A21. Availability varies. Equipment not in stock may be back ordered.
